Newground Property was founded in 2008 out of a need to provide medium size, private developers & their financiers with a reliable and effective platform to secure pre-construction and pre-completion sales.
We maintain close working relationships with the top investment sales & financial services firms throughout Australia and Asia who collectively are responsible for the sale of ten’s of thousands of properties every month. By engaging with Newground Property clients get their projects exposed to that network and the sales that come with it.

Project Advisory & Sales

We work alongside our client’s key consultants during the early planning stages of a project with the aim of guiding the design, pricing and branding to ensure a project is as market relevant and therefore ‘saleable’ as possible.
Newground possesses an enviable track record at de-risking development by effecting and co-ordinating a bulk volume of sales during both pre-construction and pre-completion stages. Our ability to effect pre-sales means our clients can do more projects with less risk and in less time.
A typical engagement will see us doing the following:
- Conduct market analysis to determine most appropriate pricing to create final price list
- Work alongside consultants to guide design and finishes
- Creating the ‘go to market’ strategy
- Driving the creation of marketing collateral
- Project advocacy with sales channels
- Co-ordination and training of external sales agents
- Management of price list and stock control
- Issuing and administering sale contracts & deposits

From site origination to settlement Daniel works closely with his executive team to ensure each project’s key objectives are met.

Peter’s track record at residential sales speaks for itself and can be relied up on deliver when it counts. His day-to-day focus is driving the sales outcomes for our client’s projects and maintaining strong working relationships with our domestic sales partners.
